To register and maintain an account with 255bet, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age;
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted;
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing or using an online gambling platform is prohibited by applicable law;
• You must not be a current or former employee of 255bet or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and keep that information updated at all times.

255bet reserves the right to refuse any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason, provided that any legitimate balance will be returned to the player after verification of identity.

255bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. You may be required to provide documentation at any stage, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing the registered name and number);
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed certain thresholds.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension, restriction of withdrawals, or account closure. 255bet is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of account restrictions applied pending KYC completion.

All financial transactions on the 255bet platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that were previously used to make deposits into the account, unless an exception is approved by the 255bet compliance team following identity verification;
• 255bet does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges;
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 10 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 1 to 6 hours for bank transfer channels, during standard operating hours;
• 255bet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to approving any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times;
• Balances that remain dormant (no login activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be subject to an inactivity administration fee of ৳100 per month, applied until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

255bet offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to the player's account as bonus funds, which are separate from real-money funds until wagering requirements are met;
• Standard wagering requirements for welcome bonuses are 20x (twenty times) the combined deposit and bonus amount, unless otherwise specified;
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, failing which the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited;
• Only bets placed on games explicitly listed as eligible in the specific promotion's terms contribute to wagering requirements;
• 255bet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice;
• Players who are found to be abusing promotional offers — including through matched betting, low-risk staking strategies designed purely to extract bonus value, or exploitation across multiple accounts — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts closed.

All games and sports betting markets available on 255bet are governed by the individual rules published for each title or market. In addition, the following general conduct rules apply:

• Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled once a game round or market has been confirmed as accepted by the platform;
• In the event of a system error or technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round, 255bet reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the respective accounts;
• 255bet reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the event has been compromised;
• Cricket betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). 255bet is not liable for settlement delays caused by third-party result disputes;
• The use of automated betting software, scripts, bots, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets on the platform is strictly prohibited.

255bet is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming practices. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts via the account settings panel or by contacting support;
• Session time reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to notify them of the time elapsed during an active gaming session;
• Cooling-off periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks;
• Self-exclusion: Players who believe their gambling has become problematic may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

It is the player's responsibility to ascertain whether their use of the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to registering. 255bet shall not be liable for any legal consequences arising from a player's use of the platform in a restricted jurisdiction. If 255bet determines at any point that a player is accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction, it reserves the right to close the account and return any verified balance after deducting applicable administrative costs.

All content on the 255bet platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, audio, video, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the property of 255bet or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or content obtained from or through the platform without the prior written consent of 255bet.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 255bet and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Damages resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or transmissions;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform;
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted through the platform by any third party.

In all cases, 255bet's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 255bet platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents 255bet from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any competent court.

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time. You may close your account by contacting [email protected] and requesting account closure. 255bet may terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• 255bet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity associated with your account;
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage;
• You are found to be under 21 years of age;
• 255bet is required to do so by a court order or competent regulatory authority.

Upon legitimate account closure, any verified real-money balance net of outstanding bonus obligations will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC requirements.

255bet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via the email address or mobile number registered on their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
